Using Favorites / Square for Retail Grid

The current version of square Register has a screen called Favorites. Currently for all my users, it is blank. If I try to set it up it says they do not have permission to do so. I have found no documentation on this other than this: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5777-square-retail-pos-app-actions-and-defaults

First, how do I provide them permissions to do favorites?

Second, how do I create favorites for them from my account on a browser?

@schabc You can only set up the favorites on square for retail on the app itself, not on the dashboard at least for now.  You can download the app to your phone/device etc and set it up and it will automatically copy itself to the square register.  The square register runs on a custom version of the Android operating system. If you are using team passcode or team permissions there should be a permission under account and settings and then the devices.  Not sure exactly which one you have to flag on, but it is one of those.

Hope this helps.
