We've recently been getting a message when users Log In to the register that the Cash Drawer is Disconnected. We use a printer driven drawer and it appears to be working fine. Any idea why we continue to see this message?
We have already tried checking all the cables and rebooting multiple times. We still receive the message.

Interesting! If it's a printer driven cash drawer, it's my understanding that Square isn't even going to keep an eye on it.
Perhaps at some time a USB cash drawer was created on your device? Check More -> Settings -> Hardware -> Cash Drawers and see if one is listed here. If there is, you can delete it since Square doesn't monitor the printer driven ones.
