Is there a way to limit register use to 1 employee at a time?

I have a restaurant where we take orders at the Square register and handle cash. I was wondering if there are features that allow one person to cash customers out a a time. For example, if I have one cashier registered at the time, a separate employee would not be able to take an order at that time and access the register (although they do have the permission to do so because they may be the cashier on a different day).

Hey there @Amd1022.  Currently Square POS apps do not have the capability to “lock” any POS device to just one team member.  This would be a rather large feature request because it is a very different transaction flow that currently exists.  If you want to do so, you can head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the appropriate team.
