How can I deny employees access to view metrics when using square register?

Ever since Metrics has been added to inventory on the inventory tab, my employees have access to this information.  How can I take this permission away.  Cannot find anywhere under permissions.  Also, this is not an issue with my location that utilizes an Ipad.  Only the one using square register.

To clarify, are you using the Square for Retail app on your Square Register? Are your staff members using a shared Permission Set, or do they each have individual permissions assigned?
