Hello,
Has anyone had success in getting Square to listen to the issues about the cash transaction delays? This is really starting to be an issue and I am just getting run around in circles by Square. I regret upgrading to the Square register and am thinking we will leave the platform entirely in spring. I saw on other threads that this is something the Engineers caused and think is a non issue. These are the same engineers that crashed the whole platform a couple months ago. Square did not help at all with the issues caused by that mistake, hoping they can make up for it by fixing this issue.
NOTE: Don't waste your time calling, I was on hold for almost an hour and nothing was resolved.
According to this thread this should be fixed in app rel. 6.31 release date of 11/30/2023
