Can Square Register or Terminal be used with Cell Service?

We are looking to upgrade our hardware to either the Register or Terminal but we do not have WiFi where this new hardware will be, only cell service.  do either of these work with Cell service?

I have used my Tablet that has cell service to be a Hot Spot to my Square Stand when out and about at pop up events or different out door events that there is no WiFi signal but I get a cell signal.  The reason I have used the Tablets hot spot is also as a Backup incase my Cable internet goes down.  Most newer cell phones have the ability to be a hot spot which can then give internet to the devices your asking about.
