how to print notes on my reports

I worked at a resale shop and our register was Square.  I total fell in love with the ease and the reports.  The shop closed so I decided to open up my own.  Of course I choose Square over all the others to use as my POS.  I was only the cashier and entered new items (vendors) at the previous location.  I now have to run my own reports and am very confused on how I can achieve a single report for each item.  I see all my items and notes on each receipt but do not know how to print those results.  Thank you so very much!

Welcome to the Square users Community Forum as I see this is your first post.

I am not sure which Report or Which Screens you are trying to print these Notes from.  Are you in your Square Dashboard or trying to do this from your POS?

I do a lot of work with Squares CSV files and not too much with their Reports or printing them out.  

I hope the above link is what your looking for since it even has information on how you can use the Reports section on the Square Dashboard to make Custome Reports which I have used for one or two reports to get my Monthly Tax Liability numbers.
