change merchant code

I have had a square account for 5 or so years as a psychologist/healthcare worker. I have wondered at times why some hsa cards are not accepted. I found out today that my merchant code is set for professional services, but should be set to medical. I don't see how to change this on my account, can you offer any help in this?  Thanks.

Hi Zippo1,

This question has come up in the past and the only way to resolve is to Contact Square Customer Support - they can change your MCC (merchant category code) to one that will accept those types of cards.
