Will Square work to run my dance studio?

We currently use Square in our dance studio to run the studio store.  We are looking for new options for billing and accounts management that will simplify things for our customers and staff.  The dance studio software simply does not have adequate accounting and has too many barriers for ease of use.  Wondering if square will work for our needs?

With Square you can setup Recuring payments and also Send invoices for payments.  Now Square was designed for small businesses to Accept Credit cards and not also an Accounting Software package.  So depending what you are looking for as an Adequate accounting software, you may want to look at actual Accounting Software too.  I use Square with Quickbooks Desktop, others use Wave or Sage accounting.   Square does not track all business expenses like rent, Utilities, Hardware or Software costs like an actual Accounting Package would.

I am also looking to see if Square Online (free template) could be an option for our dance studio (tapnarts.com). Have you had any success setting it up for classes? Does it work with multiclass discounts? Our classes are $55 per month for the first class and $30 for each additional class. Our tuition is based on total classes per household - not per student.
