For 8 years my servers have been able to cash each others tables out for each other and the credit for that sale and tip would go to the server whose name the ticket was under. Now all of the sudden if a server cashes out a table for another server the ticket is transferred into that server's name. Does anyone know why or how to fix this????
This is an interesting report, @Dashia. Have you done any troubleshooting so far? I can recommend a couple steps (that can be done at the end of the day making sure there are no open cash drawers or pending payments) starting with signing out of the app. If that doesn't address the issue, you can uninstall and reinstall the app (keep in mind that this would have you reconfigure your settings but items and reports would remain unchanged).
If your problem continues after these steps, I would recommend contacting our Support Team so that they can take a closer look at your account with you. They will be able to provide clarity on the behavior.
P.S. I see this is your first post in the Seller Community, so welcome and congratulations.
Has this been fixed yet we are having the same issues?
We are having the same problem! it is a nightmare! I have called more times than I can track in an attempt to change it! One representative told me it was supposed to be that way...why wouldn't I want it like that?! She has obviously never worked in a restaurant. I am almost to the point that I am looking at new POS system companies!
