Once I sign in to my account using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox but unable to get into my Dashboard. the page just has the running circle with "Loading Dashboard". I have a very good internet connection and using my desktop. I always using this desktop to manage my account and just recently I am unable to get in. I cleared Cookies, History, and Cache but unable to resolve the issue. Contacted SquareUp Support and they told me to do those same things again. Any I.T. folks out there can help please?
Hey @Tcup. Since your posted yesterday and I just woke up and saw it, I hope it is resolved now. Yesterday I was noticing lots of problems signing into my dashboard. It lasted for a few hours — long delays, blank screens, etc. I figured there was a server error and finally gave up and came back later to find it resolved. Hopefully your experience was similar.

Can you provide screenshots of what you are seeing? Also, what device are you using? Are you able to try a different device and are you having the same issues @Tcup?
That is odd @TheRealChipA, there were no reports of dashboard or sign-in issues yesterday. I didn't experience anything when logging in. If it keeps happening let me know!

Since you went through some of the basic troubleshooting steps to date, there's one more thing I can think of. Suggest trying a totally different network so you can rule out your router and ISP connection. There's two ways - assuming you have a smart phone, turn on it's hotspot feature and connect your desktop to it - this puts you on cellular data and your phone provider's network. The other option is to use a different computer on a different network - (someone else you know). By doing either, this may help indicate where the issue may be. One other thought - if you visit this site - Square did report a disruption of services yesterday (04/09/2024) - it's possible that issue may have had a spin off affect that resulted in your issue.
