Have you found a link that does work?
https://squareup.com/us/en/payments/fee-calculator
Here is one I just googled on May 6th of 2025.
I am not sure if this is the one your referring to but is not for a Transaction but monthly. The other thing is each transaction could be different based on the Type of Sale, Card Present, Manually Typed in or an Online Transacation.
Here are Square current rates :
Here is a Simplified Calculation ( (Payment Amount * Percentage Fee) + Fixed Fee)
Total of Sale 100.00 Payment Amount
Your Rate to process 2.6% (in-person) Percentage Fee
Fixed Fee of .15 per transaction
(100.00*.026) + .15 = fee
2.6 + .15 = fee
2.75 or 2.8 rounded up

I am using https://www.feescalculator.info/p/square-reverse-fee-calculator.html but then adding $0.05 to the final number. It is clearing correctly.
I figured out why. The Fee Calculator you using is an outside source and is no longer using the correct formula.
If you follow the Link in your comment I am replying to and at the bottom of that page is a Link to a Square fee Calulator at this page : https://www.feescalculator.info/p/square-fees-calculator.html
Then Click The Square Fee Calculator which takes you to another page.
Then if you scroll down farther you get this:
How Much Does Square Charge?
Square charges different fees depending on the typ e of transaction or service being used. For standard transactions, such as in-person sales using a Square card reader, the fee is typically a percentage of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee. For example, Square charges 2.6% + 10 cents per transaction for in-person payments. However, for online payments or keyed-in transactions, the fees are slightly higher, at 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. This difference accounts for the increased risk and costs associated with online and manually entered transactions.
This is the older fee, the Current fee is .15 not .10 which is why your calculations are off by .05.
Current Square fees can be found at the Link below and below the Link is Text from that page.
