How to upload inventory Automatically

How can I get the inventory (sku's, descriptions, price) from my Magento 2 store into square automatically? We have to manually put everything into square and that seems crazy this day in age?.

This info may help you get started.   If you can export from Magento to a CSV file, it's possible to import into Square.
