How to get alarmed if an employee does not clock in for a while

We are using Square Team to schedule and manage employees' time.

Sometimes, my employees can't come to my store on time for any reason and I want to get notified if that happens. Is there a way for me to get a notification if an employees misses a clock-in around the appropriate time?

I don't think you can do it for not clocking in, but I believe you can get alerted if they don't clock out. 

There may be a third-party integration for your request, though. Have you checked the Square app marketplace?
