HOW DO YOU GET SUPPORT!

I purchased a POS system and I am having difficulty setting it up.  I have followed online tutorial but having an issue figuring out how to give access to a team member to login to the terminal ( so I don't need to give them my login and password).  I have tried to call in for support 5 times!  I get the ineffective chat bot , which I give my name and email, and receive a promise that "agents typically respond in 5 minutes..."  This is 24 hours later at this point and 5 attempts at calls...  Can anyone tell me how to get a real person on the phone to answer what is probably a 10 minute fix?

Hello @tmhinchman, I am so sorry you are having issues setting up your team member and getting in touch with support. To resolve any inquiries you have may have quickly I recommend using the in-app chat support. To speak with support you can reach them at 1-855-700-6000, squ.re/contactsqsupport. What time did you try reaching out? Some departments also have certain support hours. 

 

To get your employee setup with their own login information you can use   Team Management. You can give them their own email and password to login, but still have access to process payments for your account. I hope the support article linked above helps.
