Getting a person that can speak English

I can not get anyone that speaks clear English to help me know which POS would be best for our retail

FYI your post would have been just as effective here — maybe more effective — without the inflammatory parts. We are here to solve practical business problems for our fellow sellers. Not deal with culture war issues.

we can't help you if we what kind of store do you have, what are you looking for from the POS that you don't have currently, what do you have currently, do you use barcodes, do you want inventory managed, etc would help us start to figure out what can work for you.

I just use the plain free Square POS for our garden center and love it.

Just to add what @VanKalkerFarms and @TheRealChipA said, without details, it's not an easy question.  The best way to start out using Square's Hardware and Apps is to keep it simple - for example - we use an iPad, Square Stand, Receipt Printer and Contactless Card and Chip Reader.  And Square's Free POS App - it's simple and straight forward.   Unless you have other specific needs, there are lots of options.

I would try requesting your language preference and see if that may help I’m sorry this has been a difficult process but don’t give up I’m sure some one will be able to assist you and your business needs maybe request a translation app AI is good for that I use google translate to guide me when I’m not capable of communicating with other unknown languages

With what other say what are you liking for in a POS?  Are you looking to see which Features or which hardware to use?  Do you sell food Items or are you a retail store?  What systems are right for me may not be the best options for you.

If you are looking for a resturant type setting Square does have similar Software for Resturants but since I sell mainly Retail items I do not know much about that system.

Depends on your budget. Square for Retail is best for retail store settings. That will run on bot the Square Register and the Square Stand with a tablet you supply. Add a compatible cash drawer and you’re up and running. Add a compatible barcode scanner for faster checkout. If you tell us what kind of retail and budget then we can help you narrow it down
