Why am I getting an error: "Payment Link Unable to connect. Please try again" on my Square POS app?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Payment Link Unable to connect. Please try again.

I  am using the square app on my iphone pro max 14.  I have the location enabled for always in ios settings, precise location is off, i have tried doing Physical location and mobile location for business settings, etc.     I am really good with software etc, as i am usually the guy that fixes everyone elses issues.  My 3 other team members had zero issues with the send payment link for one the choices in the check out choices between tap to pay, square reader, manual entry, payment link etc..  

 

I get this error when i select " send payment link".  I have updated the ios system, the app, and 2 hours of trouble shooting to see what will work.  

 

Any ideas?

Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you're receiving on the app when you select 'send payment link'?
