We offer gift hampers for local delivery from our store. For one of our recent orders, a customer has contacted us to change the delivery address of a gift hamper as the recipient will be at work and not at home.
The only articles I could find on the seller community and on the general support search related to shipping and editing shipping/packing slips, not local delivery. The chat function also only provided information about shipping, not local delivery.
We have only just moved this service from Shopify to square and scenarios like this can happen quite frequently as people can make errors with delivery addresses for orders that are gift related. Hoping I can be provided with the steps to update this as it’s quite a basic function
