We are having our website doing an automatic tip. How do we change the automatic tip to off? Or change so they have the option to leave a tip but not have an automatic tip amount?

It looks like there have been a few updates since Arie last posted in this thread, so I wanted to provide you with an up-to-date guide on how to adjust your Square Online Checkout settings.
First, I recommend bookmarking the Checkout Options with Square Online guide. It provides a comprehensive overview of all your Square Online Checkout settings, and we'll keep it updated with any software changes. To recap the steps to configure tipping for pickup, local delivery and QA code orders with Square Online, see the below steps:
1. From your Square Online Overview page, go to Settings > Checkout or Shared Settings > Checkout.
2. Scroll down the page and select Edit tipping.
3. Toggle on Collect tips, and choose either Smart tips or Percentage tips only.
4. Set three percentages as default tip options during checkout.
5. From the drop-down menu, choose an optional default tip percentage to have preselected during checkout from the three percentages you entered previously. Customers can always change or remove the amount.
6. Under Tipping Rules, you can choose to apply a different default tip for open tabs. If you don't make a change, the default tip amounts you previously set will apply to any open tabs.
7. Complete any other options and select Save when finished.

To edit automatic tipping, head to your Square Online Dashboard > Settings > Pick up & Delivery > Advanced Settings. Here, make sure Order tipping is turned on, and select Do not add default tip to give your customers the option to leave a tip, or skip it if they prefer.

I still don't see settings for pickup and delivery or the advanced settings.
@Arie - I enabled this option and our default is 15%. However, on the checkout page, 15% is not selected as default. Please advice.
I do not have this option under Advanced Settings. Please help!
