drop down menu item not displaying

 

Hi 

my set up in config menu is :

and "Flags" are not displaying on the website in drop down menu

Quick Checks
  1. Category Structure

    • Make sure "Flags" is properly nested under its parent category
    • Verify it's not set to "Hidden" status
  2. Navigation Requirements For sub-categories to appear in Square Online dropdowns:

    • The parent category must have items in it
    • The sub-category must have at least one active item
    • Both categories must be set to "Visible"
Common Solutions
  1. Add Products

    • Make sure there's at least one active product in the "Flags" category
    • Products should be marked as "Active" and in stock
  2. Check Navigation Settings

    • Go to Square Online Dashboard
    • Navigate to Website → Navigation
    • Ensure "Flags" is included in your menu structure
  3. Cache Clearing

    • Clear your browser cache
    • Try viewing in incognito mode
    • Allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effectc
