Why aren't my items displaying on my square site?

Hello:

 

I have a newly created site. I have 20 items created and attached to categories. The prices are listed for each variation, and the items are stocked. My site is already set to sync items, and they are all showing as visible. When I go to my site>shop all, I see my items and price ranges. However, when I click on a few different items to add to cart, some are not showing up. They are listed in shop all, and under the categories, but they aren't loading when clicking each item individually. I've tried on three different devices and it's the same issue, same items. I've googled the troubleshooting steps, and I've run through each one, but nothing seems to work. Can someone help me, please? Thank you.

Hi LCobbins,

 

Issues like this can be frustrating for sure.  Most likely you need someone to look at your "online site setup" - unfortunately Community members cannot do that - your best option is to contact Tech Support direct.   Your issue may be something as simple as refreshing or re-indexing the site or there may be something that was overlooked, that's why contacting Tech Support is your best option.  You may want to share your site's URL with the Community - sometimes when folks here try a site, they don't experience the issues you are seeing - other times they can validate the issues you see.  Always worth a try.
