Over the past few months we have been experiencing major site issues specifically Square not allowing customers to checkout, it just freezes , this week big festival weekend as well as 4th of July …. our site was super dysfunctional & the phone support team was just as dysfunctional with pretty much no assistance , we have emailed called reported , sent screenshots . Still no solution no advance tech support curious to know what’s the next step outside of test orders if we have been reporting these issues to no avail
Hi @VeganSnackShack. Sorry to hear that you had issues over a holiday weekend. That’s never fun. I can’t answer anything about your issues with the support team, and I won’t try. I’ve never had an issue getting to the folks I needed, or getting an answer. But obviously you are. I’m curious, though. Can you be more specific about the problems you are having? How did the site “not allow” customers to checkout — errors or what? “It just freezes?” Does it freeze in the same place every time? If you have screen shots, what sorts of errors do they show?
Also, I assume this has to do with your online store? Customers were trying to pre-order for pickup?
