Top Tip -for those using the free“Chaty App”with their Square Site.

For those that don’t know - Chaty creates a button on your Square website for phone calls, facebook messenger, WhatsAPP, TikTok, Snapchat +++++ and it’s free* up to 500 visitors per month.

To avoid consuming your free website visitor clicks when editing or previewing your Square linked website, follow these steps:

1. Go to your online area.
2. Select 'Site items'.
3. Choose a product to edit.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click 'Preview' in the top right corner.
6. This will open a '7 day draft' window, which is not linked to Chaty.
7. Continue editing your products using the above method, check back using the “draft site link Square just created” without affecting your free visitor clicks.
