Ever since we updated the Square app on two of our ipad terminals, we can no longer print receipts. We're able to print Sales Reports but whenever we try to to print a receipt immediately following a transaction or from transaction history, the app crashes. This also applies to printing gift receipts.
We've tried logging off and logging back in, force quitting the app, restarting the ipad, installing the lasted ipad software update but the problem remains.
I would really appreciate any help on this matter! Thank you!

Ugh that sounds annoying. I can only think of one more thing to try since you've already done all the usual troubleshooting:
Try deleting all the printer stations, force close and restart the app, and put the printer stations back. Maybe something weird happened on the back end on the updates.
After that, I'd say your best bet would be to contact support since something weird is definitely going on.
