Over the past two days or even longer, I have found that inventory sync between Square and Weebly site is extremely slow. I add a new item in Square and its better than 30 minutes or more before it is synced to my online store. Even then, the item quantity is still off and is showing out of stock when it is actually in stock. Is it me or is there a problem?
We noticed problems like this today too. In reading the last few threads started today it looks like it may have been a widespread issue. We tried to zero out items in Square so they could not be sold online once we ran out of things, but the inventory did not update in Weebly and people continued to order them. Hopefully they will figure out what went wrong and they'll fix it asap!
Same sync issues here for since yesterday.
having same issue trying to update or create items but can't update quantities and won't sync to square - very frustrated that this has not even been posted as a issue by square.
This is happening AGAIN. It is extremely frustrating that the sync between Weebly/Square is so SLOW - to the point that I am contemplating finding another website platform/provider.
IMHO - it doesn't work.
I completely re-did the library of items by hand.
If I could find a similar setup that isn't tied so deeply to politics and censorship I would switch.
Hi @Bobbijdesigns - so sorry to hear about the continued delay in syncing your site. This sounds strange, indeed. Would you mind flagging this over to our Support Team directly? They can take a deep dive with you and file a ticket with our Engineers if something is irregular.
Joe this is an ongoing issue - it NEVER seems to get resolved - why is there such poor support for Weebly as a product on the Square side!??! We should have vastly more options and fluidity between the platforms given Square sells the Weebly platform to us as an integration and seamless way to run our businesses. That is just not the case when competitors like Shopify do not run into these issues. PLEASE forward this again to the proper teams - there is no reason inentory should be taking over 25 minutes PER ITEM to update between Weebly and Square making it impossible to have our clients checkout in a timely manner today!
Likewise, this is SO incredibly frustrating for a business owner and its embarrassing for us to field these issues with clients expecting a much smoother experience, especially with SQUARE attached...
Weebly needs a significant overhaul and to have REAL ACTUAL humans at Square touch the product, trouble shoot it, use it themselves to build and manage a website...this lack of support is deplorable given we pay a monthly subscription fee!

This is a constant issue and really frustrating as there doesn't seem to be any support from Weebly and between Weebly and Square - the fact Square puts absolutely no resources into updating Weebly or keeping it running smoothly despite our monthly service fee being taken regardless is very upsetting.
Ditto. Sync is SO slow. As a result, not only are things missing on our store, but I have to sit and babysit the system, making sure it finally syncs. And heaven forbid you edit the stock level, then you end up in this endless loop of not knowing why the item isn't syncing. PLEASE find some way for this to happen quickly and consistently.
