I have square for retail for my clothing boutique, and I love the feature in Square online where you can give an item a sale price, BUT it doesn’t appear in the POS with the same sale price. WHY NOT?
This leaves room for all kinds of potential errors as my staff have to make sure the price in the store is manually discounted to match the sale price online with a % discount. 3000+ skus and two staff make it very easy to miss something.
And now even Costco in Canada is being sued for not having matching online and in store prices.
This feature is already in the inventory management, why can it not be applied to items in store?
Hi @Shambhala , thanks for posting on the Community.
Sale prices only apply to your Square Online site and don’t sync to other Square platforms at this time.
Instead, I recommend using the Automatic discount feature to sync discounted price accross your website and your brick and mortar shop automatically:
You'll also find more information about Automatic Discounts in our Support Center here. Or let me know if you have any questions!
Note: Since this feature exists, I have moved your post to the Online discussion board.

That is a terrible suggestion. I have over 3000 skus, so i can't apply a blanket discount unless i'm having a storewide sale.
