Remove an Under Construction Page

I have published my website several times but any time I try access the website, it lands on an under construction page.  How would I go about removing this page so I can allow my customers access my webpage?

Hmm, haven't heard of that error message before. Have you checked other browsers? Are you still running into that issue since you posted Monday?
