Print Packing Slips Before Purchasing Shipping

Currently the button to print the packing slip is only available after purchasing a shipping label.

A packing slip helps me pack the order. I won't know the size or weight of the box until I have packed the order. It seems that it would be easy to just move this button to a different screen.

Currently I use the "Print Order" button and use that as a packing slip, but the appearance of it isn't as customer-friendly as the actual packing slip.

I completely agree with this!!! I use the SKUs as "location codes" in order to make a pull list for packing orders, but the SKU only seem to show up on the packing list and I cannot print that until after I've purchased shipping. It's frustrating.
