Orders not showing up on square app

I received an order that shows up under "orders" on my computer but when I use the square app, it only shows up under "transactions."  It does not show up under "orders" on the square app.  How can I get it to show up under completed orders?  Thanks!

@mariekemertzartcheck in the app under the orders section. It may need to be changed from Active, to ALL, or COMPLETED or INPROGRESS, or something like that. Because you initiated or started progress of an order on your other device (computer) it may show up under a different status in your order area of your app.

I did check under the different drop downs under "orders" but it's not showing up at all.  Only under transactions. It is showing up on my computer so I'm happy I can at least see it there.  Just not under orders on the app at all.

Took a look at your account @meriekemertzart and found that, your current Weebly Configuration is set up to have Square process your transactions. However, your orders are 100% handled by Weebly. What this means is that orders will appear on your Orders Page within the Weebly Overview Page and in Transactions in Square as the Square end only handles the processing of the payments.

Thank you so much for taking a peek at my account JJ! I had a weebly website long before square came into the picture.  I now have my website and blog still with weebly but an online store via external link with square.  I checked and the order didn't show up under orders in weebly as I have no products that can be purchased via that platform.  On my computer, it did show up under orders in my square overview, just not on the square app.  It also shows up sales reports on the square app.  Maybe just a technical glitch?  Thank you!!

Thank you for confirming this. I was able to double check and yes in this case since your account was originally a Weebly account your Online Store only reports to Weebly Orders. I will recommend reaching out to our support team so they can point you in the right direction so that your orders appear on Square Point of Sale.
