Multiple items in cart pulling multiple shipping instead of one. This just started happing a few days ago i haven't changed anything in shipping just added new  items.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems with your shipping profiles.

Just to clarify, are you currently using custom shipping rates for specific items, or do you have the same shipping rates set for all online items?

If the goal is to have uniform rates for all items, we should double-check to ensure a secondary shipping profile wasn't inadvertently created at some point.

To do this, please navigate to your Square Online Dashboard, go to Fulfillment > Shipping, and review your current shipping profiles. If you see multiple profiles, check which ones are set as the 'Default' shipping rates. The 'Default' rates will be applied to all online items that don't have a custom rate assigned. If there's a second profile with custom rates for certain items, customers may encounter multiple shipping options during checkout.


To delete any duplicate profiles, simply select 'Edit' and then 'Delete'.

Give the above a try on your end, and let me know if this helps to resolve the issue for you.
