Items are showing as unavailable.

Items that were previously available (and haven't sold out) are now showing as unavailable. New items are also showing as unavailable. "Show new items as unavailable" is not the issue--it is turned off. I only have 1 location. Digital items seem to work, physical items do not. I have had issues with Square ever since they changed over to the Weebly store format. There are so many additional steps that it hardly seems worth it anymore.

We had the same issue.  I'm not sure if you got your issue resolved but I was able to get hold of support and we got our problem resolved.  This what the problem for us was:

 

For all of our Physical items, the Fulfillment option was Shipping (there are four options: Shipping, Pickup, Local Delivery, Self-Serve).  The reason they were showing Unavailable is because we didn't have Shipping set up for the site.  To set that up, you go under the Fulfillment menu item and go to Shipping.  I set up just a basic flat fee option.  Once that was done, our items were no longer Unavailable, we could add them to the cart.

 

I did change the Fulfillment option for all of our items from Shipping to Pickup.  You could do that if you don't want to ship and just want them to pickup.  It's a little easier but nice to know how the shipping works also for the future.

My item is coming up as "Unavailable," when I publish site. And the sizes won't show up. Anyone know why?

I agree with @jordanboosters to double check your fulfillment options. Make sure whichever method you have set for the items (shipping, pickup, delivery) are setup under the Fulfillment tab. 

 

How are you adding your items? You may need to verify that imported items are not automatically marked as "unavailable". Can you navigate to the Square Online dashboard, then click Items > Item Sync and make sure the option to mark newly imported items as "unavailable" is toggled off? 

 

 

Note: Depending on your account type this option may be under Shared Settings > Item Sync

Hi @likewise Welcome back to the Community 🎉

 

There's a couple things you can check from the Square Online dashboard side. First, check under Shared Settings > Item Sync to see if you have the toggle on or off to mark newly imported items as unvailable. Next, click Items > Item Library, then click on an item to see what fulfillment method is being used. You can then verify if this method is setup under Shared Settings > Fulfillment

I've done all those things and they are all set correctly.  Just all my items on the site items are showing as no inventory, yet when I go in to the item and look at it, it shows correctly.  But all are "unavailable" to my customers.  Losing money every minute here.... and quite frankly tired of playing these games.  Too many steps anymore with this site.

This is happening to me, too. I canNOT fix it with any of the fixes above. Item sync is off, shipping is off. All was fine this morning, and now nothing is working and I'm not able to make any sales. I've added stock, but for some reason, not all of my items will allow me to adjust stock.

 

Everything is just "UNAVAILABLE". 😞
