Items are saying unavailable when my customers try to add to cart

I am having issues that's affecting my sales. I have a customer who can't add any items to the cart because it is saying unavailable. Then I have other customers who can only add 2 items and when they're trying to add the 3rd item it is saying unavailable. Please help

HI, thank you for the link.  Checked on Safari and Chrome items and cart perform normally for me.  If a customer adds an item or items and leaves the cart then come back at a later time the cart needs to be reset (items removed from cart and add to cart again).
