Item is showing on my website but it’s not showing in my list of site items so I can delete it
When I first started using square to create my stores website, I utilized a test item. Now that I’m more comfortable and ready to upload my true items, this test it will not delete.
I go through the correct steps to access my site items, but the item is not listed there for me to delete it. Even when I use the site editor and I click on the drop down menu, this item isn’t listed there either as one of my item pages. Yet when I go to my website online, after hitting publish, it is still visible.
How do I get rid of it?

Hello @Rcubedkennel527 thanks for your post. You may be viewing all items on your website. There is an area that will display all of your items on a webpage. Not sure, but I'd try going into your Square dashboard, and instead of going to Online, just go to your Inventory items. Then see if you can find that test item, and either delete it there, or turn off the option to have it available to show up online. Hope this helps solve your issue.

did you resolve this - I have the same issue. I have now deleted all items in my shop but there is still a spurious item on my shop despite looking at it from different browsers and via different hardware. At a loss

Yes, I had to contact square and they had to remove it. Something about the server not talking to each other properly.
