I cannot access my online store. Help
Hi @Laurie92. Please clarify… you can’t access it from your dashboard? You or your customers can’t access the actual store on the internet? Just need a place to start to help you. Also, could you provide your URL if you meant that you/your customers can’t get to the store on the internet?

I was signed in and clicked on my dashboard - then onto "Online" to access inventory and orders and it reacts like I have not set up an account. There is nothing there. That said - after 30 minutes of signing in and signing out - I finally got into my online store to see my orders. Geesh. Thank you for answering quickly though 🙂

Is this an ongoing issue you have had, or did it just occur? There is currently a known issue with logging in that engineers are aware of, and currently fixing. If it is the current login issue, you can see status updates on the Square status page here.
If it is an ongoing issue you have not been able to resolve, please confirm your website URL.

This is the first time it has happened. My shop is minickandsimpson.com
They just put the status page up @TheRealChipA! I don't think it was activated when you fist replied. 😊
@Laurie92 this looks like it is happening due to the active issue. I believe the issue is resolved now, but can you please confirm? You may need to refresh your browser.

@BernadetteA A big “duh” on my part! LOL. I usually check issquareup.com before answering such a question. I didn’t this time, obviously! Thanks for catching that.
