I'm trying to set up e-gift card link for my business, however I keep getting “your e-gift card order page won’t work until you activate the selected reporting location or choose one that’s already activated.”
I there anyone who know how to activate reporting location ?
Sounds like you chose a reporting location that's deactivated. Either reactivate it from the Locations tab of Dashboard or select a location from the drop down menu of the egift card site configuration page to select an active location. @ravindulak
