We are totally new to this process as we have not opened our online presence for sales yet.
We are wondering how Square handles abandoned carts as in what happens to the items that customer put in their cart? Do the items remain in inventory until paid for, or do they live in limbo for some set period of time?

Your items will remain in your inventory until a transaction is fully processed.
