How do I remove a small solid white rectangle from my Banner image?

I cant see any reason why this white rectangle keeps showing up in the banner image.  I can't remove.  Need help.

Also, how do you change the phone number and email address in the footer section?  I couldn't change it in the edit section.

Thanks for reply.  Yes, the white rectangle would not highlight, even after deleting the image.  I re-inserted with a different photo and the rectangle still appeared.  I worked around it by creating a new image section and inserted the image and it came out fine.

It looks like a text box is turned on in the image section. Go to your Dashboard/Online/website/edit site. From there click on the image and then look on the left-hand side to see if a text box or anything else is turned on.  

For the phone number and email, if you can't edit it the edit section. My only other guess would be to go to Dashboard/Online/Settings/General. I would check to make sure your number and email address is correct there. Other than that I am not sure where else you would change it. First I thought Google Maps was putting it in, but I checked your location on Google maps and it had your correct phone number.

Thank you for your response.  I was able to solve the email and phone number issue in the footer section.  However, the white rectangle in the banner section is still unresolved.  I checked the text box solution offered by rtfulk.  All the settings were click to off.  I turned each on then off to double check. They do work but my white rectangle is unresponsive.  What else can I do?

When you are in the online /website/edit. Can you click on just the white box and see it it get highlighted? If so look to the left and see what Section pops up, from there you can delete it.  Another thing , have you tried just deleting the whole section with your photo and then add the image section back on put up your photo again?
