How do I have different branding for different locations?

I have two Locations, and I'd like to have different branding; Name, Logos, Colors, etc. The Location has a Company name, but the Account name is what's used for receipts, screens, etc. When changing the branding and not choosing all locations, it warns me that branding will be removed from all other Locations. If Branding is not Location specific, which is managed /edited under the Location instead of globally?

Thanks @wyldbill2.  So in order to test my theory, I reactivated an old test location I used to have, which had its own logo, etc.  I can see where the confusion comes in — not only from the pretty imprecise warning message, but from the fact that you can change location branding in two places — something I actually just learned, which makes me think it was recently updated.  Anyway….

You seem to be  editing branding from the Accounts & Settings > My Business > About page, in the Branding section.  Basically, from here, if you do turn off one branding set for a location that used to have it, all this message is telling you is that the branding will be removed for the time being.  You can then edit the other branding and attach it to the location from which you removed the first branding.

Also, if it helps, you can edit location-specific branding from the Locations list.  Just edit the location you want and scroll down to the branding section.

That message confuses the fact that, indeed, you can have as many branding sets as you have locations and each branding set can be attached to as many, or as few, locations as you want it to be.

Hey there @wyldbill2.  I have a feeling that the wording of that warning message is either misleading or confusing.  Can you reply with either a screen shot or the exact and complete warning message?  Thanks.

I don't have permission to upload images:

Error Message:

Publishing this update will remove your logo and color from the locations you deselected

If you deselect a location and click publish, your logo, image, and color will no longer show up on touchpoints for that location.
