I selected the Plus website option and it sent me to a page that after clicking on a few thing now says I'm 10% set up. So do I need to fill out 90% more information before I get to a template?

Hello @ebc123 !
It's been a while since I built my website, but if I remember correctly that's just a progress indicator to get you through the entire build process. Getting your website online is definitely something that will take you some time to fully get operational, so grab a cup of coffee and dig in!
Here are some helpful howto articles I've found on the Square Help Pages:
Setting Fulfillment Methods (pay close attention to this one: fulfillment mismatches are the #1 reason for site issues)
And, as always, feel free to ping the community if you run into issues!
Thanks for the reply but every time I take on anything new as far as tech, I get my brain pulled out through my ears and then stuffed up my nose. So I'll skip the coffee and keep a glass of hemlock handy. As far as creating a website I'll probably need a double or triple shot of cynide at the ready too. I mean here I am at the help forum already simply to figure out why I can't find the templates. Can't wait for the real brain ripping and nose stuffing to begin. Sure, I'll look at all the tutorials but I can tell already this is going to be no different than having my insides rearraged creating my old Wix site. I can't afford to hire someone and I refuse to ask a friend or even an enemy for help as I have proven in the past that assisting me is almost certain to infect the other person with previously-unimagined waves of "I've never seen this problem before" and endless blank stares at the screen. For that reason, I will do my best not to return here. Seriously. I do appreciate the help though. It's not your fault that you don't know the kind of luckless techno-idiot you're dealing with. Of course you do now. Sort of.
@ebc123 I respect your response more than I probably should. 🙂
Getting a website online and fully operational is not for the feint of heart that's for sure. The thing that I really like about Square's setup is you can dig around all you want without impacting your processing capability. Until you hit that big blue Publish button in the upper right of the editor, everything you do is for your eyes only. And yes it saves as you go so if you get frustrated and want to walk away you're fine.
Hemlock and cyanide are definitely options for calming your nerves, but you'll need to share, ok? LOL.
Breathe, and don't be afraid to ask us random strangers (not friends or enemies at this point) for any assistance. That's what we're here for.
@ebc123 There is not a hard and fast process, you can get there many ways. The progress meter is so you don't miss out on things to help your site and make sure people can buy what they need. Here are a couple really good videos to help you:
