how do we edit our profile picture since square online is the reseller?

Hello @erinreyehair 👋

This is something you'll need to manage directly from Google Workspace. 

You can log in to your inbox directly from Google using admin.google.com or mail.google.com/a/domainname.com (replace “domainname” with your own URL).

Once you log in using your admin credentials, you can follow the instructions provided by Google here to edit a profile picture.
