DNS Error

I published my site elitemobilenotaryservice.net and spoke to support 3 weeks ago. They helped me publish but the site is still not online. This is the error I'm getting. I'm losing money here. I need help to get this up. It's says DNS 365 error I need some help please.

Can you post a photo of your error message that you got? Have you tried unpublishing and republishing?
