Hello
I am experiencing some very frustrating issues with my square designed and hosted website. Currently anyone using Chrome browser is able to load the website once but if they close the window and bring it back up the website will not load. It just spins and spins.
Square support is telling me its local but this is happening all over the place for me with my customers. I believe it is a square and chrome issue that needs fixed but they are passing the buck to me. I live in Raleigh NC and family in Ohio is having the same issue as well as my marketing manager is Denver.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the effort... I actually got off with square about 30 minutes ago. They did something in an update recently that had my IP address pointing to the wrong domain. It should be working now.
Also former Cincinnati resident so if I'm the area I'll have to check out the spot in Convington.

Again I'm told safari doesn't do this but related to Chrome. It's happening on my phone, laptop and iPad. All running chrome

Thanks @nchammock42.. I opened your site in Chrome, closed the window and then opened a new browser window and went back to the site. It loaded fine. Thinking that maybe I should have exited Chrome, also, I did that. Same result. I also tried going to your store, closing the window, then trying to go back to your store. It still works for me perfectly. FYI, I'm using Chrome on an M4 MacBook Air.
This is odd, but it doesn't look to me like the issue is a Square one. However, I'm at a loss to understand what might be the real issue here. I do have one suggestion, since you seem to have a Chrome browser to test this on. Have you un-published your website and then re-published it? Honestly, I don't think this will do anything, but it can't hurt to try since un-publishing basically clears out "ghosts" and does a hard reset of your published site.

@nchammock42 I appreciate the update. Sorry it took more than one call to resolve that, but glad to know it is resolved. I'll mark your resolution update so that future sellers have something to go on if it ever happens to them!
I'd love to see you if you are ever in the area! I don't know when the last time was you were back here in the Greater Cincinnati metro, but the river cities on both sides of the Ohio are booming! Tons of folks are moving back to the urban core everywhere here. It's exciting!
