I would like to be able to remove the -+ quantity option as it creates confusion on the item page when there or variations created with discounts for one item.
Totally get this — the +/- quantity option can definitely be confusing, especially when you're using variations or discounts tied to a single item. Right now, Square doesn’t let you remove that quantity selector from item pages, but here’s a quick workaround:
🛠️ Try setting the item to "sold individually" in your item settings. That limits quantity selection and can reduce the confusion if variations are doing the heavy lifting.
Still, it would be great to have more control over what customers see on the item page. Definitely worth submitting through Dashboard → Settings → Feedback so it gets on Square’s radar. You're not alone on this!
