Adding to contact page

I am thinking I want to add some information to my contact page. Such as links to my main social accounts. Plus the form to add to my mailing list. And still keep the regular contact information. Is there a way to do this? 

I vend at in person events and think I want to add a QR code to my business card and put a copy at my check out station that would direct people to the contact page where they could sign up for my mailing list. 

Is this possible? If so, I need directions!

@jenniferpatters If you have your footer setup on your website with your social links, policies and newsletter signup. All of that will show up on your contact page. This is how mine looks.

Yes, that is how mine currently looks too. But I want to create a landing page for a QR code that has more information on it

I don ‘t know if the contact page can be setup as a Landing page, it may be possible I don’t know. I use a company called Flowcode for my landing page. It’s very easy to use and setup and has a dedicated QR code. There are so many options in flowcode.
