There's a few things I'd recommend checking out in this case. To get started, sign in to your Square Online Dashboard:
- Check which delivery options are selected on the item level. Select Items > Site Items > select an item. Scroll down to Fulfillment and check that shipping is selected.
- Take a look at your default fulfillment method by heading to Settings > General > Advanced Settings > Edit advanced settings. From here, you can select a default fulfillment type.
