its shows 404 error when i scan my qr code provided by square online

square online gives me QR code for ordering, but when i scan that code it shows 404 error with a home button and once i click home button then only can access my square online.

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into these issues when setting up your QR Codes! 

 

There are a few things I can get you to check on your end to try and troubleshoot the 404 error, see as follows:

1. I recommend republishing your Square Online site to ensure that recent modifications to items and settings are accurately reflected. To do this, navigate to your Site Editor and select Publish in the top-right corner of the page.


2. If you have multiple locations set up, ensure you have enabled Self-Serve Ordering for each required location. You can check this quickly by navigating from your Square Online Overview page to Fulfillment > Self-Serve Ordering. You can enable QR Codes for an individual location by selecting Set Up QR Codes.


Then, test your QR Codes once more and let me know whether you continue to see the 404 error.
