Unable to print shipping labels

I’m located in Canada and recently started to offer shipping, after receiving my first online order I tried to fulfill it but the print label function at the top right was not highlighted. I have an account with UPS and have entered my info for Shippo but still cannot print a shipping label. Any help would be appreciated thanks

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble fulfilling a shipping order. 

 

You will need to connect your UPS account through the shipping label screen if this is the first time you are purchasing a label for an order. 

 

 

Can you let us know if you are able to reach this section on the create shipping label screen?

 

From the Online dashboard, click Orders, the order number, then Create Shipping Label in the top right corner of the screen. You will need to scroll down, and allow the page to load in order to view/edit the content. 

 

Please let us know if you are able to complete the above steps to add your account, and then complete a label purchase. If not, please post a screenshot of any error you see, and we'll take another look.

Hey thanks for the reply I’ve already connected my UPS account but it’s asking me to connect again before letting me purchase the label, I’m currently on the phone with Square Tech support and they are trying to figure it out. I called UPS first and they said everything is good with my account

For anyone following I was told it was a bug and the tech support team will work on it and get back to me.
