Hi, I can’t work out how to replace my store name (text) at the top of my store emails with my logo (order confirmation, order shipped etc).
In the editor it is configured to be my logo but just shows text.
the only places I can find to upload my logo is the location and invoices which I’ve done.
anyone know how to fix

Thanks for your message!
The logo from your Square dashboard won't transfer to your Online Store email templates, but you can add images to these templates!
To do this, go to your Online Store Dashboard then Settings > Store Emails. Choose the email Template you'd like to edit, then drag the "Image" icon into the place on the email template you'd like it to appear, like so:
Then select the image you'd like to appear:

Hello, I am having the same problem, though I do not have the options you have presented as a solution. I dont have a 'store emails' option in the settings menu, and when I go to 'email & text alerts' under the communications tab, there are very few editing option (and none to add a logo)
I would love assistance if you have a way around the problem. Thank you

Thanks for writing in with this question!
The Square Online Dashboard has changed a bit since this post, so this now lives in your Square Online dashboard under Communications > Email & Text Alerts > Edit Email theme. You can customise the email theme and upload your logo from here.

This only let's me change the font & colors. There is no option to add the logo.

I'm just jumping in to take a look at this for you.
So I'm on the same page as you both, could you please confirm that you have verified your email address for the Sender Profile located at the top of the Email & Text Alerts page?
Following this step, you should see a section below the Sender Profile called Email Theme, which will give the option to select Edit Email Theme.
If you haven't completed the email verification step, the Email Theme section may show as a greyed out on your screen (see below image as an example).
Give the above a try on your end and let me know if this resolves the issue.

Hi Laurie,
I have tried all of the above and I still can not add/edit my logo on my emails. I have verified my email address and can access the edit email theme however I can only change colours and fonts. I have an old logo on my emails that I wish to update but it is not showing up in this section and I can not locate anywhere else to edit.

I am having this exact issue! No matter the help instructions I follow, my logo is stuck as whatever I first uploaded when I set up my Square account. Hope they let us know the issue + solution ASAP!
