Trouble shooting when adding an external link ( google map) on a page on my website

I have been trying to add a new location of where my products are sold on my page.  Entering the name and adress went OK. Ounce I entered the external link with google map , there is a mention of " UNABLE TO PERFORM REQUEST" appearing on my editing of my website.  

Is there something wrong as i was able to put 8 locations before and at the 9th it is trouble shooting me. It is mentioned that the site is published but it is not.
