Thumbnails appearing for deleted items

I have thumbnails appearing on my website for items I have deleted from my catalogue approx 12 hours ago. Support is now closed for the weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get rid of these thumbnails pls?

To investigate further, could you provide three examples of item names where you encountered the problem? Also, could you share the URL of your site?
